This is made of the following:
* Store-bought gluten free burger buns (brand Gluten Freedom by Venerdi in New Zealand) toasted with garlic and butter
* Organic alfalfa sprouts
* Store-bought yoghurt and cucumber dip (tzatziki)
* Home-made baked falafels
* Colby cheddar cheese
