Gluten-free and made without dairy. Moist, sweet, and filling. This was a modification of an eggless recipe.
Ingredients:
Apple Purée
Lemon Syrup and Lemon Juice
Sugar
Baking Soda
Baking Powder
Gluten-Free Flour Mix (Contains Rice, Tapioca, Nuts, Xanthan Gum)
Vegetable Oil
Vanilla Essence (would swap out for cinnamon as a flavour the next time I make this vegan version)

I'm going to have to try this recipe! There's a lot of food allergies in my family- egg, dairy, gluten, and nut, among some fruit. So it's nice to see recipes like this. Thanks for sharing!
